The plaintiff’s duties were described by the Court as follows:

As a Customer Success Manager, Mr. Koski reported to the Director of Customer Experience. Mr. Koski was responsible to foster and maintain relationships with Terago clients with a view to renew and expand their contracts. In order to fulfil his responsibilities, Mr. Koski supervised six employees across Canada. However, there is no evidence that Mr. Koski had any other management responsibilities such as hiring and firing employees, establishing budgets or directing work schedules.
